What is Bootcamp?

An instructor since 2006, Sara began teaching aerobics when she was 18. Since then, she has immersed herself in multiple disciplines, becoming a certified ZIN (Zumba Instructor Network) member and mastering the roles¬†of a Zumba Fitness, Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba Instructor. Sara gets her inspiration from her clients, who show improved physical condition, burning of calories, joy, and positive energy from her classes. This transformation re-affirms her belief in the impact of her role in the community. Her goal is to empower individuals on their fitness journey, and Zumba is her vehicle for change – it’s fun, safe, effective, and meant for everyone. For people of all ages and fitness levels, her Zumba classes combine Latin and international music and dance into a dynamic, calorie-burning workout. Cardio activities in this efficient fitness system blend fast and slow rhythms to tone and sculpt the body. Every class is like a party, so come join!
