1. Where is the gym?

A) Our gym is located on the second floor of the building. You can access it by using the entrance under the large 5555 number. If the downstairs door is locked, enter 225 in the keypad. Then you take the elevator to the 2nd floor, and turn left as you exit. Our entrance is the 2nd door at the end of the hallway. 

2. How do I sign up for a membership?

A)  There are 2 ways to register for a membership. The easiest way is to visit our website, scrolling down the  main page, selecting a plan and creating an account. Alternatively, you can come visit us during our reception hours (Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-12:30 PM OR 5:00-9:00 PM) to sign up in person.

3. How do I unlock the gym entrance door?                                                                                                                                        A)  Upon signing up, we will email you a unique access code which you can enter into the keypad to access the gym. If you encounter any issues with your code, you can call 514-360-5795.

4. What should I bring when I workout?

A)  When coming to use the gym, you should bring clean shoes, a water bottle, a lock for the lockers, and a towel.

5. Can I bring a friend to try the gym?

A) You may bring a friend to try the gym for free, they just need to create an account at the desk during reception hours (Monday-Friday 9:30 AM-12:30 PM OR 5:00-9:00 PM) 

6. Are classes free to take?

A) With your membership, you are free to take as many classes as you want, with the exception of Sambo, Karate, and Walk Best, which are run by separate organizations.
