On-Ramp (beginner programs)

Are you looking to learn a new skill, and get fit doing it? Our 6-week On-Ramp programs are designed to teach you the fundamentals of one of our classes, so that you will be prepared and confident to progress to our advanced classes. Each week, you will join a small group of students and receive personalized instruction, learning the foundational techniques and concepts of a given practice, whether it’s yoga, tai chi, cardio boxing, etc…

Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or getting back into it after a break, this program is designed to help you build a strong foundation, improve your overall health, and establish sustainable exercise habits. Our classes focus on gradually increasing strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance while ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.

The On-ramp classes will be in small groups, so you will be able to get individualized instruction to be able to master the movements and exercises in a supportive setting

Once you’ve mastered the basics, you will be eligible to progress to the advanced class, where you will build upon your foundations and further your knowledge and practice.
