Personal or Group training: What's best for me?

Depending on your goals and budget, you can decide whether you would prefer to workout 1-on-1 with a personal trainer, or pair up with another member with similar goals and fitness level, so that you can motivate each other to show up and work hard. 

Individual personal training is a bit more expensive, but you will get an individualized plan and regular check-ins, as well as periodic progress. If you are looking for a more affordable option, we offer small group training (maximum 3 per group) where you will be paired with people who have similar abilities and goals as you. You and your workout partners can help keep each other motivated and accountable, as you both strive towards the common goal of improved fitness.
