Would you visit the gym more often if you felt more familiar with the space? If you felt confident using the equipment and were walking in with a plan? Then you may be interested in CSS’s new Training Clinics.
The Training Clinics aim to help members who are unfamiliar with the equipment in the gym become proficient in using the machines and the space. Every month, you can join Lorraine for a small-group “training” during which you will be taught what a selected group of machines are best used for and how to adjust them to your size and strength. We will also teach you basic rules about combining exercises so as to create workouts that produce results and leave you feeling accomplished. In other words, we will teach you how to become your own personal trainer.
The Clinics will be offered monthly, each time using different pieces of equipment and building a different workout to help you vary your training routine. The Clinics will increase your knowledge about fitness in general therefore making it easier for you to achieve your health and fitness goals.

January 11: HIIT with Lorraine Wednesday 6pm
January12: Flow Yoga with Sofia Thursday 6pm
January12: All-levels Boxing with Neil Thursday 7:15pm
January15: QI Gong with Grigoriy Sunday 9am
